With our 16 years of experience and thousands of negotiations completed, we can quickly and accurately identify the total savings available for your services, regardless of current contracts or particular situations.

Our Value Assessment will be comprised of the following information items:

    • Savings based upon our team conducting the negotiation.
    • Our negotiation strategy. This is developed after we identify and increase your organization’s negotiation leverage.
    • Timeline of events. Historically, we complete negotiations in 40% to 60% less time than our clients or competitors – bringing savings to your bottom line sooner and minimizing lost opportunity costs.
    • The Savings Guarantee. This is the minimum savings amount we must deliver or we do not get paid.
